Shipping and Back-Orders
Items will be shipped to valid U.S. addresses only. Items which are on back order will be shipped within 2 weeks. If StationeryCafe.com cannot ship within 2 weeks, the order may be canceled for a full refund, or you may choose another item of equal value and will receive it at 10% discount.
Privacy and Security
Nobody likes spammers. We will not share, sell, or otherwise divulge your personal information. We have also taken some fancy steps to ensure a secure shopping experience at StationeryCafe.com. Oh, and we don't even store your credit card numbers either—even though its a tad inconvenient.
Returns and Refunds
Customized/personalized products cannot be canceled, and custom products produced as ordered are non-returnable. Custom products in which StationeryCafe.com has made an error, will be reproduced and shipped as quickly as possible at no charge. However, If you (the customer) made an error (like ordering the name misspelled), we will reproduce at 50%, but we'll ask you to pay the shipping—cause we've all made a boo-boo at some time. Products damaged in shipment will be reproduced and shipped asap, however, the damaged product must be available for pick up from shipper, which StationeryCafe.com will arrange. If you prefer a refund or credit to your StationeryCafe.com account you must first return the product to for inspection. Items which are not customized are guaranteed 100% and may be returned for a full refund.
Ordering and Proofing
Complimentary proofs are provided on all invitation orders upon request. We will email your proof within 24-48 hours. Once we receive your approval, we'll start production on your order. A proof is required on quantities of 75 or more, but there is never a charge!
