- After placing your order, please email your digital photo to photos@periwinklestationery.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number and the easiest way to contact you, in case we have a question about your order.
- What photo formats can I send?
- We currently accept .jpg and .tiff files. Send digital photos only. Please send the original photo from your camera. We cannot accept links to online gallery services.
- How do I know if my photo is suitable for printing?

If your file doesn't meet certain requirements, we cannot supply you with a quality printing experience. End quality is directly related to the original file that is supplied
- Photo must have a resolution of 300 dpi, suggested size at least 1200 x 1600.
- Do not send photos taken with a camera phone, generally they will not have a high enough resolution and will result in poor quality
- Check the settings on your camera before shooting. The quality setting should be set at 7 or higher. If you're unsure, use the highest available setting on your camera.
- Please do not send photos that have been resized, cropped or otherwise retouched from original.
- Consider the format of the card you are using, and match the composition of your photo to it (rectangular, horizontal or vertical). Some cropping may occur when we place the photo on the card for printing.
- Color Discrepancies
- Your final printed photo may look different from the image that you have previewed on your monitor at home. Monitors display colors differently, and printed images may appear darker than the digital image. We do not currently offer advanced editing services such as red-eye removal, background removal, etc., but we will make every effort to see that your photo is brightened and enhanced to generate as pleasing an image as possible. Again, the quality of the original image will directly affect the final output quality.
